I am ready with take a on my friend's new-home-fixer-upper home improvement project. (you can see the original post for back story) Surprise! There are complications with the document, the title etc., so my friend has his hands full, but she is in love with the idea of turning the House dream home. So we've been busy going over and planing much-anticipated projects (and there are a ton of them ...).

and if you think what% 4 @ * ... Well, I am with you. To start, it is really a bad idea to try to recreate an outdoor living room that is centered around a beautiful swimming pool (as the ad picture)-when you never need a swimming pool! But to put that page at the moment, here's the good news: two dozens of white rose bushes get her as layered green belt on blooming white row look, which is just amazing. The House already has mature trees and some evergreen shrubs around the fence so this is an easy fix.

the bad news, aside from the obvious, is that the site shown is small, dark and generally difficult. Teak bench is a perfect fit. I like the concrete table with teak and fine China because it provides an eclectic contemporary euro look.

blue and white dinnerware would be a good choice to start to build around for the French country home décor I hope my friend would chose to run in the kitchen and dining room . (But I'll live that for another post ... maybe we should start planing on that when she actually moved.)

some large cobalt blue or Oriental flower pots, a hanging basket of petunia and some nice tropical looking foliage plants can go a long way to make the room inviting.
